We rely on volunteers to administer our league, manage and coach our teams, schedule our games, run our events, manage our fields, coordinate our umpires, and keep our kids safe. SMNLL thanks our dedicated volunteers, who tirelessly provide their energy and passion for our league and the game of baseball. to make our league a possibility. 

Please be open to donating YOUR time and talents to our league. Each family is expected to volunteer in some way, in either in support of a team or the league as a whole. There is no job that is too small and there is one that can fit your personal interests, capabilities, or time availability. If you have special skills (e.g., marketing, social media, photography, field maintenance, etc.), we'd love to hear from you!

Unfortunately, registration fees alone do not cover 100% of the costs of running our league. Sponsors help us keep registration fees affordable and enable us to improve our facilities, equipment for our players, and hold community building events (e.g., opening day, closing ceremonies, 12 year-old day, etc.).
