Become an Umpire!
SMNLL employs many adult and youth umpires to officiate games in our Little League AA, AAA, PCL, and Majors divisions. (NOTE: some youth umpires are also players in another division/league). Umpiring is a great experience for those who would like to expand their knowledge of baseball, be involved in the Little League community, and continue to develop their leadership skills. Youth umpires also experience great growth in their confidence through both the free training provided and the in-game decision-making and communication needed to manage a baseball game.
